Insurance & Billing

Nature-Informed Therapy is a form of counseling, and standard insurance rates apply. If we are in-network with your insurance provider, sessions are billed according to your plan, including applicable copays and deductibles.

If we are out-of-network, you may choose the self-pay option and request a superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider.

Self-Pay Rates

• Follow-Up Sessions $150 (Accepts Insurance)
• Individual Forest Bathing$200/hr (Self-Pay Only)
• Sacred Pause: Rooted in the Seasons
  Forest Bathing Group$70-$80 per 2-hour session (Self-Pay Only)
• Nature-Informed Therapy Groups$450 • Four 2-hour sessions (Self-Pay Only)
• Clinical Supervision (PA LPC)$150/hr (Self-Pay Only)
